Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General administration within the office
  • Supporting/progressing enquiries – ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to correctly
  • Monitoring emails ensuring professional responses are made in a timely manner
  • Receiving and making telephone calls
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Taking payments both over the phone and in person
    Maintaining filing system

You will need:

  • Competent computer skills and a willingness to learn how to use various systems (Training will be provided)
  • Able to handle a fast-paced working environment – during peak season we are very busy
  • Confidence answering calls and responding to emails
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn and develop a wide variety of skills
  • An adaptable approach to work
  • Business administrator level 3 apprenticeship
  • This is a remote apprenticeship where you will complete 6 hours off the job training in the workplace
  • Upon completion of the qualification, the successful candidate will be a fully qualified business administrator and there is a possibility of a full-time position within the company.
