- Your initial job will be focused on driving referrals and new business to our agency
- This will be an exciting role talking to new clients and building a relationship with them
- You will also be responsible for matching properties with new clients
- The Housing/Property Management apprenticeship includes a CIH level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice and will help staff to comply with contractual, statutory and legal regulations and approved Codes of Practice
- The standard is designed to stretch and challenge apprentices, helping them to create and sustain successful tenancies in the private and social housing sector
- We would then look to progress you into the letting sector where you will have your own portfolio of properties to look after, with the opportunity to earn good commission
