The role of Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the Supply Chain department as well taking ownership of specific tasks. You will need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have an organised approach to workflow, and always adopt sense of urgency.

- Prepare purchase orders for supplies and equipment in a timely manner
- Monitor and organise the purchasing mailbox
- Maintain, update and keep accurate records of goods ordered and received
- Ensure all purchasing invoices are correct
- Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are paid for and arrive on time
- Ensure all documentation is correct and processed accordingly
- Contact suppliers by telephone and email to chase up delivery dates
- Keeping an accurate record of the purchasing system
- Any other administration duties as required
On and off the job training in the workplace.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, there is a potential opportunity for progression and full time employment.
