  • Ensure each individual child’s needs are met
  • Work as part of a team and build relationships with staff, children and parents/carers
  • Contribute effectively to the safeguarding of all children
  • Structure your workload and strive to achieve your apprenticeship completion by the deadline set
  • Early years educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 3 Diploma Early Years Educator
  • Level 2 English Functional Skills if required
  • Level 2 mathematics Functional Skills if required
  • Paediatric first aid
  • Level 2 ICT Functional Skills
  • Level 2 Certificate Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
  • Upon successful completion of your level 3 qualification, we can then get you into a further role within a Bright Horizons nursery
  • We also have various accredited training programmes, such as our Room Leader programme to support you with your career
