You will be working closely with our customer service team to help drive our excellent customer service via telephone and email. Duties include: responding to a high volume of emails through different systems, answering inbound calls, and inputting and processing new customer warranty claims.

This role collates a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and no two days are the same.

An example of your responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to a high volume of emails through different systems and answering inbound calls
  • Inputting and processing new customer warranty claims
  • Arranging customer collections and returns
  • Ordering spare parts for products under warranty

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be interested in working within a fast-paced customer service department
  • Have strong organisational skills and work to a high standard of accuracy
  • Be a people person who thrives within a team
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and able to solve problems independently
  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • End Point Assessment
  • Training will be delivered remotely via teams, zoom or weblink with your tutor monthly
  • These roles are entry points into Einhell UK with a potential to develop within customer service and within the company once the training scheme has successfully been completed
