The purpose of this role is support with the day to day running of the business. To provide customers with a high quality service over the phone and face to face, maintain shop floor and much more!

Advanced
- Arranging displays of jewellery, clocks, watches and silverware in the shop
- Discussing what the customer wants and choosing suitable items
- Arranging different methods of payment: cash, credit and debit cards
- Gift wrapping items purchased
- Examining pieces of jewellery
- Arrange for the repairing, adjusting and cleaning of jewellery – With management approval
- Carrying out stock control duties
- Take telephone calls or answer emails
- Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if needed
- Monthly sessions with tutor – no college days – 20% off the job training
- Permanent position with employer
