What you will do in your working day

This role collates a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and no two days are the same.

An example of your responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to a high volume of emails through different systems and answering inbound calls
  • Inputting and processing new customer warranty claims
  • Arranging customer collections and returns
  • Ordering spare parts for products under warranty

Things to consider

The department deals with a high volume of technical queries regarding Power tools, reading through manuals and providing technical information over the telephone and email is required. All training and several in-house programs are available to help.
