What you will do in your working day
This role collates a wide range of tasks and responsibilities and no two days are the same.
An example of your responsibilities will be:
- Responding to a high volume of emails through different systems and answering inbound calls
- Inputting and processing new customer warranty claims
- Arranging customer collections and returns
- Ordering spare parts for products under warranty
The ideal candidate will:

- Have strong organisational skills and work to a high standard of accuracy

- Be able to work on your own initiative and able to solve problems independently

- End Point Assessment
- Training will be delivered remotely via teams, zoom or weblink with your tutor monthly
