  • Keeping staff files updated both paper and digital, maintain both electronic files, hard files and records accurately
  • Answering daily phone calls and emails
  • Helping with recruitment process: safer recruitment, DBS applications, references and file set up
  • Monitor pool cars tax, MOT services and car repairs
  • Support the effective operation of property safety checks/ maintenance and assist homes with queries
  • Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • The successful candidate, upon completion, may be offered a full-time role
