  • Engage consistently with existing & new members. Good telephone manner is required as this is the primary method of communication
  • Facilitating member feedback & surveys
  • Updating all member accounts
  • Maintain and manage CRM System (Hubspot)
  • Informing members & subscribers of new product opportunities
  • Select guest lists for key events
  • Monitor DIB media coverage of members
  • Promote DIB media platforms to increase subscription rates
  • Liaise with DIB team to inform them of member requirements
  • Opportunity to work within our Communications team and Finance team to expand knowledge and skill set

Apprentices will work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator standard with The City of Liverpool College on a blended training model, including some workshop sessions at the College and work-based learning.

Apprentices without maths and english will also attend the College to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills.

Successful compeltion of this apprenticeship may lead to a full time position with Downtown in Business.
