Momentum FM are looking for a Facilities Management Apprentice to learn, develop and carry out a range of administrative tasks for the Facilities Management Team. Duties will include assisting with the facilities help desk and providing administration support to the business.

  • Answering and responding to helpdesk requests
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Develop skills in areas such as time management, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while also maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties.
  • Meet and greet visitors and provide a good welcome service
  • Draft orders for facilities equipment
  • Archive historical information
  • Maintain FM company calendars, and contacts
  • Liaise with staff across group companies
  • To carry out additional duties as requested by line manager
  • Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • 100% online learning programme 
  • 18 month duration 
  • At the end of the apprenticeship, we may offer a permanent role to the holder
