Work at Tulway is varied and no two days are the same, there will be work to complete in our fabrication workshop and visits to local sites.

Support will be provided by our experienced welders and our North West Contracts Manager. Our staff are at the heart of our company, and we prioritise training, development, and staff retention.

·         Working safely

·         Obtaining, checking, and using appropriate documentation.

·         Obtaining, positioning, and assembling welding equipment.

·         Preparing, checking, and protecting materials and work areas ready for welding.

·         Receiving, inspecting, conditioning, and maintaining consumables.

·         Developing an understanding of technical drawings and how to interpret them.

·         Producing pipe welds when safe to do so.

·         Monitoring weld quality and dimensions throughout welding activity.

·         Adhering to all quality & H&S standards.

·         Visiting our local sites to support various projects.

Level 3 Diploma in Pipe Weld

4 days per week at Tulway Engineering

1 day at The Engineering College

Full time role as a pipe welder depending on performance. Progression opportunities available as the company expands and evolves.
