Chemical Engineering apprentices will work as part of the Advanced Manufacturing Centre pilot plant team in Unilever Research & Development Post Sunlight, delivering high quality product innovations to support Unilever’s Home and Personal Care category innovation programmes.
Apprentices will rotate through Unilever’s research and development teams, and will:
- Get exposure to different stages of our product development lifecycle
- Learn about developing new formulation technologies
- Learn about scaling and optimising our manufacturing processes
- Deploy products to full scale manufacturing in our supply chain
- Help to embed digital technologies into the heart of our innovations.
As an apprentice, individuals will study part time at the University of Strathclyde towards a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering.
Good chances of progression to temporary/permanent employment.
