- To be a proactive practitioner who supports and delivers confidently the EYFS
- To provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential
- To offer full and practical support in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard delivered remotely in the workplace – including monthly onsite visits
- Functional skills Level 2 in maths and English delivered within college if applicable
