Apprenticeship summary
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are passionate about ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young people with autism, individuals who are keen to develop their skills and abilities as an apprentice in SEN and to contribute to the continued development and success of the college.

Advanced
- Contributing to the implementation of learning activities
- Evaluating the performance of lesson plans and how to improve for the future
- Working independently in teaching group and individual activities
- Working in partnership with teachers to help support and deliver lesson plans and objectives
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- All training will be completed on site, no college days, monthly visits from tutor, 20% off the job training
After completion of the apprenticeship, you will interview for a full time position.
