What is the LCRCA Aspire Discover Training Programme?

This is a 12-month paid training programme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic residents in Liverpool City Region, with us at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

You will undertake bespoke, tailored training in one of our departments and receive comprehensive learning and development support.
