Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with inbound and outgoing telephone calls
  • Working closely with team and management to develop sales
  • Take ownership of a specific geographical area
  • Develop relationships through regular contact with clients
  • Working on a computer inputting customer detail
  • General business administration duties

All training will take place at the workplace via tutor led monthly sessions from 1st 2 Achieve Training Ltd.

L3 Business administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

The role has excellent potential to progress to a permanent long term position once the apprenticeship period is complete.
