King’s Trust Explore- Creative Personal Development course

The Explore Programme is a dynamic 5-week outdoor personal development experience, designed for young people aged 16 to 25. It focuses on building confidence, developing essential life skills, and enhancing those all-important soft skills that employers love to see – all through hands-on activities and team-based learning.
Programme Details:
Week One– W/C 24th November-Monday to Friday
Week Two-W/C 1st December- Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm
Week Three– W/C 8th December- Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm
Week Four– W/C 15th December Monday to Thursday 10am to 3pm
Week Five-W/C 5th January 2026 Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm
Here’s your exciting Week One timetable:

- Tuesday 25th Nov – Climbing | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday 26th Nov– Low Level Walk | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday 27th Nov-Canoeing/Kayaking | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday 28th Nov–Outdoor Cooking | 9:30AM – 3:00 PM
From Week Two onward, you’ll explore topics such as the world of work, employability, independent living, healthy lifestyles, cooking, art, and more! But don’t worry – this won’t feel like school or college. Every session is designed to be engaging, informal, and fun! If you’re feeling unsure about any of the activities listed above, please don’t worry. We’ll only ever encourage you to go as far as you’re comfortable, and you’ll never be expected to do anything you don’t want to do. Everyone’s goals are different—whether yours is to reach the top of the climbing wall or simply try on a harness, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
For each session you will need come to 203 Vanilla Factory, 39 Fleet Street, L1 4AR.
