- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and remote tools like ISL
- Managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and configuring MFA in Microsoft 365
- Installing, updating, and troubleshooting software on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Monitoring systems using tools like N-Able and NinjaOne and ensuring SLAs are met
- Setting up and maintaining hardware including networks, VoIP systems, and end-user devices
- Conducting regular patching and software updates using Intune and Jamf School
- Supporting LAN, VPN, and broadband setups, and working with devices from Unifi, TP-Link Omada, and Draytek
- Writing and using PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and support system configurations
- Documenting tasks and updates in the ticketing system and communicating progress via Teams and 3CX
