Roles and Responsibilities:
- Speaking to prospects over the phone daily
- Dealing with warm and cold leads.
- Building a rapport with new and potential clients
- Prospect dormant and new prospect accounts
- Updating the CRM with prospect’s details and appointments
- Speaking to new, old, and existing clients over the phone every day
- Working towards KPI and targets
- Booking appointments for the clients to attend
- Working closely with the sales manager and sales team to offer support where needed
You will receive the following qualification:
- IT Technical Salesperson Pathway Level 3,
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required).
Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Level 3 Technical Salesperson qualification with the potential of a full-time placement with the company.
