Do you want a career working with children? This outstanding teacher led Nursery & Pre-school is looking for a motivated apprentice to join the team, supporting the learning and development of children through play and activities. The Nursery is perfectly situated for ease of access, all local bus routes and staff car parking on site.

Little School House Nursery Delivers outstanding early years education, situated in the beautiful grounds of St Vincent’s School in West Derby.
As a Level 2 Practitioner Apprentice you will be expected to:
- To work alongside a professionally qualified team
- To promote child development
- To support with personal care of the children
- To engage in play and activities
- To assist in lunch and snacks
- To be aware of all aspects of safeguarding
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification
- Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
To progress to a higher Early Years qualification.
