The Apprentice will complete a range of duties which will include, but is not limited to;

  • Create job sheets and job packs
  • Read, reply and organise incoming emails
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Perform data entry and update records as needed
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle general clerical duties including photocopying and mailing
  • Keeping accurate and reliable records
  • Input data accurately, with attention to detail
  • Follow data protection procedures
  • Attend and set up meetings as needed 
  • Type letters, notes and business documentation

Business Administration, Level 3

Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes

If suitable vacancies arise in the company, the Apprentice will be able to apply internally.
