Advanced Engineering apprenticeships normally last 4 years, and during this time, you will attend our Training Centre on block release followed by day release for training & further education.

- Work alongside experience and qualified staff
- Learn all aspects of Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance (Multi-skilled)
- Carry out checks and Maintenance
- Fault diagnose & repair on Eng systems
- Use internal PC based systems to ensure faults and repairs are logged and detailed descriptions are added on completion of work
- Work cohesively with the Engineering Team
- Providing predictive, preventative and corrective support and maintenance for production equipment
- Involvement in multi-skilling duties as appropriate
- Carry out reasonable instructions from Lead Engineers and Senior Managers
- Ensure all Health,Safety and Environmental standarads are maintained and show due diligence at all times
- Comply with company policies and procedures; e.g. Health & Safety, training & development, quality, disciplinary & grievance, sickness & absence etc.
- Preserve and promote the Company’s good name at all times
- Conduct internal and external relations with honesty and integrity. Encourage the development of an appropriate culture that will deliver results and manage changes in line with Company and business areas objectives
