NEURODIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE (1 days training) 

Training Aims 

  • Understanding the value of a neurodiverse staff within your organisation
  • Identifying the strengths of neurodivergent staff and limiting potential barriers in the workplace
  • Understanding the negative connotation associated with neurodivergence and subverting them
  • Developing policies that take neurodiversity in to account
