COACHING + MENTORING: PUTTING IT INTO PRACTICE IN THE WORKPLACE (Five Day)

 Workshop aim: This five-day programme will give delegates the skills and knowledge to coach/mentor effectively in the workplace. 

Who should attend this workshop? This programme is designed for individuals working in businesses based in Halton and is ideal for practicing or aspiring Team Leaders and Managers who seek to provide a more supportive style of leadership to improve performance. The programme will develop your capability to act as a workplace coach/mentor and your effectiveness at the developing those around you. Practical and theory-based work will enable you to work with any client or colleague to support their career development and enhance their skills.
