Not sure what’s next after school? Want to build confidence, gain real work experience, and earn qualifications that employers value?
Picture Your Future (PYF) is a supportive, practical programme designed just for you if you are ready to explore their potential and take control of your future.
What You’ll Achieve
This course is all about helping you grow, both personally and professionally. You’ll complete:
- Level 1 Certificate in Employability – Learn how to write a standout CV, ace interviews, and develop the skills employers are looking for, from teamwork to time management.
- 2 Weeks of Industry Work Experience – Step into the real world with a work placement tailored to your interests. Whether it’s retail, construction, admin, or hospitality, you’ll gain hands-on experience and build your confidence.
- Recognised Literacy and Numeracy Qualification – Based on your current level, you’ll work towards a nationally recognised English and/or Maths qualification, essential for any job or further training.

This programme is perfect for:
- 16–18-year-olds (19-24 with an EHCP) not currently in education, employment, or training.
- School leavers who want to build confidence and explore career options.
- Young people looking for a fresh start and a clear path forward.
- Living within the Liverpool City Region.
- Resident of the UK for the last 3 years.

- Location: The Learning Foundry Campus.
- Rolling start dates throughout the year.
