Merseyside Lieutenancy

At the Merseyside Lieutenancy, we would really like you to share the good work that you are doing in your school and/or the wider community.

You may wish to: 

• compose a story or poem, building it into your English curriculum. 
• create a wall freeze or some other artwork, as part of your art and craft curriculum. 
• create a podcast, short presentation or song, linked to your music and IT curriculum. 
• Recognise and link the activities covered on British Values, as evidence of this cross curricula activity. 

You may focus on one project or show a range of things that the children are engaged in – it’s up to you to decide.

We really want you to ‘Shine a Light’ on your school’s work in the community and we will leave it up to you to decide how you would like to showcase this.

Timeline: The activity you wish to do could sit within any part of the academic year, enabling you to use it within your core curriculum plan. Just let us know what works for you. 

What happens then? 

Depending upon the format you choose, we would like a follow up visit to arrange how you would like to showcase your work.
