Collinge and Co Training (formerly Andrew Collinge Training) is a high quality apprenticeship training provider, providing hairdressing training to young people in Merseyside including Liverpool, Wirral, Chester, South-West Lancashire and Manchester.

The company has operated successfully for over 38 years delivering apprenticeship training; working with and enabling 80 plus hairdressing businesses to take advantage of apprenticeship training and equip their learners with the right skills to progress further. 

Sixteen percent of learners on apprenticeship programmes are currently employed by Collinge & Co Hairdressing.

CCT hairdressing training is delivered on a day release basis, from an industry standard training facility located in Liverpool City Centre. The large majority of apprentices are aged 16-18 years old.

They offer two apprenticeship courses;

• Hairdressing Professional Apprenticeship
• Diploma for Advanced and Creative Hair Professionals.

The Hairdressing Professional Apprenticeship is a Level 2 award operating over 25 months.  The programme is aimed at those without salon experience who wish to train as a hairdresser.

The Diploma for Advanced and Creative Hair Professionals is a Level 3 award operating over 13 months. The programme is aimed at those who have completed the Hairdressing Professional course (or equivalent) and wish to improve upon their skills as a hairdresser.
