The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2023 is “Skills for Life”; reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.
National Apprenticeship Week is a time when UK organisations come together to focus on raising the profile of apprenticeships. Whilst apprenticeship numbers are still recovering as a result of the pandemic, National Apprenticeship Week is a great time to place a spotlight on the value they bring to organisations and to encourage employers across the UK in creating apprenticeship opportunities or by upskilling existing staff via the programme.
