Eligibility for the Pre-Employment Programme requires the following:
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (one of which must be English), or in the absence of such, previous call handling/customer service experience.
- Flexible approach to work due to the unsocial hours that the post require.
- Keyboard / data entry skills.
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent listening skills
