This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with drive and passion to earn commission and bring in new business into a busy exciting Estate Agents. Level 3 apprenticeship.

Your initial job will be focused on driving referrals and new business to our agency. This will be an exciting role talking to new clients and building a relationship with them. You will also be responsible for matching properties with new clients.
The Housing/Property Management apprenticeship includes a CIH level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice and will help staff to comply with contractual, statutory and legal regulations and approved Codes of Practice.
The standard is designed to stretch and challenge apprentices, helping them to create and sustain successful tenancies in the private and social housing sector.
We would then look to progress you into the letting sector where you will have your own portfolio of properties to look after, with the opportunity to earn good commission.
