  • Operations – Will be trained in the operation of several CNC machine tools producing precision components.
  • Quality – Perform quality checks in relation to the products & processes being learnt.
  • Maintenance – Learning basic machine tool maintenance requirements & maintaining adherence to machine TPM sheets.
  • Health & Safety – Trained in health & safety procedures, and to comply with company requirements to meet regulations.
  • Housekeeping – takes those steps necessary to maintain a clean and tidy workplace, including removing waste from work area and cleaning machine tools in adherence with TPM.
  • Level 3 Machining Technician Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
  • The apprentice will receive in house training in the use of various machine tools.
  • Apprenticeship day release for College delivery
