Intermediate
- Dispensing of medication to patients
- Over counter sales of non-prescription medication
- Check and monitor prescription slips
- Health and Safety Responsibility
- Observing COVID Restrictions and Guidelines
- Use of Patient Record Systems and use of smart card
- Data Entry relating to medication
- Labelling and Dispensing
- Liaison with Doctors surgery and health professionals
- Pharmacy Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification
- Medicine Counter Assistant Course accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc)
- Dispensing Assistant Course accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- In-house training
- Pharmacy Technician Level 3 apprenticeship
- A permanent position within the organisation

We are looking for a committed individual, hardworking and motivated who is seeking a career path within the pharmacy sector. Customer service experience would be desirable, although not essential. For the right person, there may the opportunity to secure fully time employment upon completion of the course, with further training and development if appropriate.
