Advanced

  • You’ll deliver BMS projects for industrial, commercial, and residential markets
  • Consulting with clients to enhance their buildings, reduce running costs and emissions, and improve overall performance
  • You’ll gain a solid understanding of the main areas our systems interact with, including HVAC controls, Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services Systems
  • Your mentor will guide you in fundamental BMS engineering principles, teaching you innovative methods to lower energy costs, reduce emissions, and improve building efficiency
  • You’ll create detailed project plans and, for various systems, ensuring compliance with industry and legislative standards
  • Visit a wide variety of customer’s sites and businesses — no two days are the same! You must be a confident driver
  • You will be enroled in a Level 3 Project Control Technician qualification
  • You will have a weekly remote day release to meet your college requirements with other JCI apprentices
  • Upon completion, a number of internal engineering opportunities within the company will be available to you
  • All of our apprentices immediately move into full-time permanent positions
