Intermediate
- Efficiently receive and store goods using RF scanners, following
- Smylies’ internal processes
- Pick, process, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely and correct dispatch of shipments to meet customer expectations
- Monitor and manage stock levels and report discrepancies
- Organise warehouse stock for easy access and efficient picking
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations
Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Standard, including:
- Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills maths (if required)
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment
- Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
