  • Answer the telephone and respond to customer enquiries, social worker queries
  • Record discussions with clients on our online customer service system
  • Support staff members who report to the office to request PPE, request holidays, record training
  • Photocopy, scan and record official documents
  • Respond to E Mail, in-person and telephone enquiries
  • Order supplies and take stock of inventory
  • Book manager calenders for staff meetings
  • Update spreadhseets and compliance information
  • Manage the office diary
  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • 80% on the job learning and 20% per week for study time
  • Workplace based training on site with support from colleagues and from the training centre assessment team
  • The administration apprentice role is a direct route into co-ordinator for staff and for managegerial roles within the service
