Duties will include supporting the wider administrative team to complete:

  • Data entry – ensuring records are kept accurately
  • General administration
  • Customer service – answering calls and emails from our clients
  • Financial administration – processing timesheets, orders and ensuring updates are made accurately

Apprentices will work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator standard with The City of Liverpool College on a blended training model, including some workshop sessions at the College and work-based learning.

Apprentices without maths and english will also attend the College to work towards Level 2 Functional Skills.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship may lead to a full-time position with Consortia.
