The role would ideally suit someone who is already in, or going into, their third year of a Business Adminstration qualification who is looking for an office based role within the construction industry. A good knowledge of using Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Training will be provided on the role to be undertaken and will include, but is not limited to,  arranging appointments with tenants for repairs and maintenance work, collating information on completed works and reporting back to our client. 

Role will help the candidate to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification 

Potential full time position available.
