  • Assist with the management of a proportionate amount of ambassadors that are directly assigned to you. Outreach to 5 potential ambassadors weekly
  • Community management- Respond to public and private messages, and managing the channel’s community
  • Direct Engagement – directly engage with customers by asking for their opinions.  Respond to comments & engage with our audience on all platforms
  • Content trend analysis- Monitor and evaluate the TikTok channel and generating reports. Monitor and analyse trends on TikTok LIVE to identify potential viral content opportunities
  • Content strategy- Develop and implement strategies, collaborating with the creative team to grow the page and engagement
  • Content promotion- outreach to engage affiliates and hosts to the platform
  • Create engaging Content- regular daily posts on TikTok for 7 days a week
  • Content trend strategy- Developing strategies and guidelines to help hosts adapt trends into their content
  • Content confidentiality- Handling and managing confidential information
  • Content LIVE- confidence in promoting the products on LIVE streaming

  • On and off the job training delivered from the workplace via face to face and remote sessions
