We’re looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join us at Burd Ward Solicitors . You will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification and will be supported by all the team whilst doing your apprenticeship.

Intermediate
- Answering Calls
- Transferring calls to different departments
- Diary Management
- Making appointments
- Taking card payments
- Daily post and franking
- Archiving files
- Retrieving archived files
- General Filing
- Stock control of stationary and consumables
- Keeping interview rooms and boardroom stocked and tidy
- General Administration duties
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, including:
- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills maths (if required)
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment
- Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
