Fazakerley Children’s Centre we strive to get the best out of our staff members and are constantly encouraging them to flourish. You will be supported by our friendly team. The role includes helping to plan stimulating activities, playing with and supporting children’s play and setting up the nursery room with challenging, fun activities.

Intermediate
- Helping to plan stimulating activities

- Setting up the nursery room with challenging, fun activities
- Maintaining a clean room
- Cleaning tasks such as washing, dishes and disinfecting toys
- Liaising with colleagues about the daily routine and children’s needs
- You will complete a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship programme.
- You will attend The Learning Foundry campus in the heart of Liverpool for 1-day monthly workshop or attend our online session.
- Regular visits with your development coach for full support throughout your apprenticeship.
- Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
- Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
- Once qualified, you will be able to apply for a role within the nursery setting when jobs become available.

We provide free weekly fun activities for parents, carers and their children and support and advice for families and expectant parents in the Fazakerley and Croxteth areas. We are an outstanding Nursery based in Fazakerley Children's Centre on the site of Barlow's School. We have spaces for 65 children a day.
