Accurately quoting clients/agents on potential and existing business.
Log any warm / cold sales leads when they become available via our global partner network and own research
Working very closely with other departments within the company

Customer Service Practitioner L2 Standard
Functional skills Maths and English (if applicable)
Flexible monthly remote delivery of apprenticeship within the workplace
