Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:

  • Learn and become proficient in using our company’s CRM system.
  • Accurately input and maintain customer information, call notes, requests, and appointment changes (e.g., rescheduling, cancellations).
  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and reflects the most recent customer interactions.

Proactive Customer Engagement:

  • Reach out to customers with canceled appointments to understand the reasons behind their cancellations.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services.
  • Propose solutions and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and prevent future cancellations.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and foster customer loyalty.

Continuous Learning:

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to develop your customer service skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Chatbot Development (Optional):

  • If interested in AI and technology, you will have the opportunity to learn, create, and implement a chatbot to automate repetitive customer queries.
  • This will allow you to focus on more complex interactions that require your personal attention.
  • Customer Service Level 2 qualification
  • Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes
  • This role will include opportunties for career advancement, plus on the job training and development.
